Responsibilities:vitals, surgical paperwork and scheduling, appropriate documentation, obtaining authorizations, physically assisting patients as needed, preparing exam rooms, assisting provider with procedures etc. Works as part of a team with several providers.
Education, Skills, and Personality Traits Required:Certified or Register Medical Assistant.Team player but can also work independently, positive attitude, focused, compassionate, problem solving, multitasking, quick learner, inquisitive, success in adapting to a fast-paced environment.Must be a patient focused individual who is punctual and reliable. Works with multiple providers with two offices closely located. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy and learning multiple tasks.Must have a strong work ethic!
Computer Skills- EMR/EHR and practice management software.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities: performing diagnostic imaging procedures as well as other medically-related duties within the facility including, but not limited to, medical assisting, EMR documentation, authorizations, surgery scheduling, etc.Experience in a clinic setting (i.e., walk-in clinic, medical office, etc.) is a plus.The ideal candidate will have at least 1year of current experience.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities: Answering phones promptly and making medical appointments, greeting and registering patients while ensuring that information given is accurate and complete. Making follow-up appointments. Working with clinical and billing personnel as needed. Sending messages to appropriate staff. Assisting in verifications. Checking patients out. Helping patients with questions or concerns. Faxing, and any other duties as assigned. Two office locations in close proximity.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate. Previous medical office experience preferred but not required. Computer literate and experience with electronic health records helpful. Team player, quick learner, punctual and reliable. Must be able to multi-task. Compassionate, positive attitude. Must have a strong work ethic!

Job Duties:
Responsibilities: Collection of monies due from various insurance companies for medical and surgical claims submitted. Must possess a deep understanding of medical billing including but not limited to, payer rules, CPT and ICD-10 coding including modifiers, appeals processes, denial review with correction and re-submission electronically, days in A/R and receivables management. Authorizations functions may be required within this role by managing current referrals from primary care physicians and requesting new referrals & authorizations as needed for existing patients. Must be able to learn new concepts quickly and apply them accurately. Must be able to take direction as needed and work as a team player. Must be flexible and a multi-tasker.
